Welcome to The Equestrian College Advisor and the Equestrian College Compendium (the “Service”). By purchasing or accessing any products, courses, or materials, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Overview

These Terms govern your access to and use of:

• The Equestrian College Compendium (database/spreadsheet)
• Associated course materials and lessons
• Digital downloads and resources
• Any related services provided by Randi Heathman / The Equestrian College Advisor

By accessing or purchasing any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

This Service is intended for use by individuals 18 years or older, or by minors under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Access and Availability

Course Access

Access to course materials is provided for a limited period of time:

• Course access is available for 14 days from the date of purchase.
• After this period, access to the course content may expire.
• It is your responsibility to download and save the compendium file within this time period.

We are not responsible for lost access due to failure to download materials within the stated timeframe.

4. Intellectual Property

All content included in the Service is the intellectual property of The Equestrian College Advisor, including but not limited to:

• The Compendium database
• Course materials
• Worksheets, templates, and downloads
• Written content and instructional materials

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.

You may NOT:

• Share, distribute, or resell any materials
• Upload the materials to shared drives or public platforms
• Provide access to others who have not purchased the Service
• Reproduce or modify the materials for commercial use

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access without refund.

5. No Guarantees

The Service is designed to provide guidance and information regarding the college search process.

We do NOT guarantee:

• Admission to any college or university
• Placement into any riding team or program
• Scholarships, financial aid, or specific outcomes

All decisions made using the information provided are the responsibility of the user.

6. Accuracy of Information

The Compendium is based on information available at the time of publication.

• Colleges, programs, and teams may change, be added, or be discontinued at any time.
• We do not guarantee that all information will remain current after download.

Users are responsible for conducting their own independent research to verify all information.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product and immediate access to materials:

All sales are final.
No refunds will be issued.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Equestrian College Advisor shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Decisions made based on the use of the Service
• Changes in college programs, admissions policies, or equestrian opportunities

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Third-Party Links

The Service may include links to third-party websites (such as college websites or external resources).

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
